Our Story

We started Freckles and Giggles with one thing in mind and that was to make the best ice cream we could using only the freshest ingredients.

I had to idea about doing ice cream a few years ago abut at the time i wasn’t abel to do everything i wanted to do with it. so i put it on the back burner.

and last year 2013 The Good Lord open the door for me and i ran in. We opened a shop at the beach and at the time we though it was a good idea. But the location wasn’t right so we sold the lease and bought an old feds van and that turned out to be the best idea we had. the truck is well known and people love to see it coming.

After that we wanted to get our ice cream in store so i went to independent store and they put me know there shelves. in the winter it does really well but in the summer we have to restock our store twice a week. our goal is to take our ice cream global. and open up a freckles and giggles dipping shop and franchise it out within 5 years.
